These 2 organizations have worked closely over the past several years, however have now strengthened their relationship to help address the increased medical and financial needs for individuals who have suffered serious injuries.

As we brace for the upcoming contraction of accident benefits, including opt-in Income Replacement Benefits, clients and their legal representatives may face new and significant challenges and immediate financial hardship, as well as reduced access to vital medical and rehabilitation services.

The service will be offered in a block fee format ideally introduced at the commencement of the claim to equip the individual with a plan and as many resources as possible to maintain their viability for the duration of the claims process and to minimize the impact of the lack of IRB supports. The service can also be activated throughout the life of the claim to introduce additional supports as required.
